Great Backyard Bird Count Training Class

Learn how to get involved in an annual citizen science project where you identify and count the number of birds in your backyard.

Saturday February 8, 2 - 3 p.m.
In preparation for the Great Backyard Bird Cound, which takesplace between February 15-18, we will share books and apps that will help you with bird identification. We will also walk you through the steps on how to enter the data on the citizen science website. Your data will help researchers at the National Audubon Society, the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, and other conservation organizations!
This family friendly program is FREE, but registration is required.
