Earth, Wind, Water, & Fire: A Daylong Nature Retreat

This popular program returns and offers you the opportunity to take a break from your busy routine and treat yourself to a restorative day with Redding neighbor and psychologist Ann Reeves.

This is a chance to slow down, to deepen your awareness of the beauty and healing-gifts of the natural world. Together, you and Ann will explore elements of nature in an experiential manner, reconnecting with their energies, bringing yourself peace, and renewing your commitment to be mindful stewards of our Earth.
A simple farm lunch of soup, bread, and salad will be provided.
$90 per New Pond Farm member, $100 per non-member
