Yoga/Qi Fusion is a blending of Yoga, T’ai Chi, and Qigong inspired movements with breath work and meditation to reset the nervous system, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the body. Through a combination of gentle yoga postures and martial art techniques, participants will increase their flexibility, balance and overall well-being.
