American Legion Post 12, 60 County Street, Norwalk, will host their monthly flag ceremony this Sunday, April 3rd, 11:00 a.m. This month's honoree is U.S. Army Private First Class Joseph Raguseo who served during WWII. He was awarded the Purple Heart Medal for an incident while he was a POW in Germany. This ceremony has taken place for over 20 years.
