The Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) is working with the Connecticut Science Center to reduce barriers to COVID-19 vaccination, particularly for our state’s hardest-hit communities. We are organizing two mobile, pop-up clinics with DPH yellow vans.

Clinic Dates: June 27 & July 18
Clinic Hours: 9:30AM – 3:30PM
Vaccine Types: Pfizer (2nd dose) and J&J
Ages: 12 and up
