PLAN (Planned Lifetime Assistance Network) of Connecticut provides the peace-of-mind and expertise as a nonprofit specializing in special needs trusts to assist in the uncertainties and answer overwhelming questions about future care of your loved one with a disability. We also have a sizeable Charitable Trust fund that parents of children with disabilities can apply to in order to get assistance for financial needs their family may not be able to afford alone to benefit their child with special needs.
