Located behind Crate & Barrel on the Post Road, Kaia Westport is the realization of our dream community wellness center. This 10,000 square foot oasis offers 4 yoga studios, an organic café, plus spa rooms for massage and family services. Our studios offer a wide range of yoga classes including hot, gentle, yin, rope wall, restorative, ashtanga, vinyasa and meditation. Relax after class while nourishing your body at our full organic café with  free wifi. Our boutique offers unique eco-friendly gifts, yoga gear, books, clothes and spa supplies. There’s also a supervised playroom for your kids to romp while you practice.
