The Enchanted Castle is an annual fundraiser and community event held at The Burr Homestead in Fairfield at Halloween time. This event is run by The Bridgeport Hospital Auxiliary and local community volunteers benefiting the Ahlbin Rehabilitation Centers. This year will be our 22nd year holding the event!!!!
Little ones will squeal with delight while visiting The Enchanted Castle: A Magical Storybook Experience at Fairfield's Burr Homestead. With its colorful storybook-themed rooms and friendly costumed characters, The Enchanted Castle provides a non-threatening, entertaining Halloween experiene for young children. All their favorite storybook characters will be in person including Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, the Little Mermaid, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Wizard of Oz and Candyland !
The children will enjoy:
• Costumed Characters
• Fantasy-Filled Storybook Theme Rooms
• Tricks and Treats
The castle will be open from October 24 through October 31, 2015. This event is designed for children 2-10 years of age and will amaze every person who visits, no matter what age!
The event will be chaired by auxiliary members Debbie Charles and Shaun Amberg, all from Fairfield.
