Join Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum educators virtually for family fun with art, music, storytelling and history programs at 10:30 a.m. Central on Saturday mornings. Free with registration required by 5:00 p.m. the day before the program.

Known for her signature “How-dee!” greeting, regular appearances on the Grand Ole Opry, and straw hat with the $1.98 price tag still attached, Hall of Fame member Minnie Pearl was country music’s queen of comedy. Learn about this iconic character created by Sarah Cannon, then make a creative paper hat in the style of Minnie Pearl. Wear your hat with pride as you share jokes with friends for April Fools’ Day.  

Recommended for ages five and up, but all are welcome. A guardian or adult is required to be present for children under thirteen.  

Takes place via Zoom. Space is limited. Registration required.Free.
