Join us at Auerfarm on February 27th, 2024 at 6:30 PM where local cookbook author Terry Walters (Clean Food) will give a lesson on fermentation where you will ferment your own sauerkraut to take home! Then participate in a cooking class led by Terry and make collard wraps with kraut and sunflower butter sauce to enjoy with the class! Terry will also bring copies of her books for signing so you can continue your gut health at home. You won't want to miss out on this event!
