Join The Hometown Foundation, Inc. in raising funds to benefit our Major Illness Pillar. Funds raised will benefit the Foundation's initiative to assist those battling a major illness in conjunction with supporting Connecticut Children's. Be a part of an internationally themed experience of golf, cars, cocktails and charity!
We will be starting the day off with a Golf Tournament at the Farmington Country Club! Enjoy welcome cocktails, catered lunch and a beautiful day out on the greens! Then get ready to rally over to the Farmington Polo club for a night of fun and charity!
Let the festivities begin! Enjoy an internationally themed celebration with cocktails, a polo match, car display, dinner, a live auction and evening presentation!
