The Ballet School of Stamford offers excellent ballet training for the early development of technical ballet, jazz, modern and hip hop up to pre-professional level. The program nurtures young dancers through a disciplined and focused training program that brings out the best of their natural talent. Adult classes in Ballet and Modern along with Baby and Me are offered.

The dance program offers over 40 classes per week with a focus on ballet, while offering excellent modern, jazz, hip-hop, musical theater and ballroom classes for children aged three and older, including private training and programs for adults.
