A New York drama critic’s life is turned upside down when he discovers that his two spinster aunts have taken to poisoning their gentleman house guests and burying them in the cellar. This quirky Broadway comedy was written in 1941. We will be presenting a one-hour radio version of the play with live music by David Morgan and sound effects by Fred Newman. Directed by Nancy Ponturo and starring talented actors Nancy and Bob Ponturo, Katy Dobbs and Fred Newman, Annie Evans and Marty Robinson, Julia Levo, Jeffrey Rossman, Cooper Smithers, and Don Striano. Weather permitting, after the performance we hope you will join the actors for an outdoor gathering for tasty libations, Lady Baltimore Cakes, and lively conversations! This in-person evening for adults is: $50 per New Pond Farm member, $60 per non-member Space is limited, registration is required. ** Covid precautions: In addition to asking guests to wear masks, the windows of the church will be slightly open for air circulation, and there will be room for distanced seating.
