Silvermine Arts Center

Visual arts center including a School of Art for all ages

Silvermine Arts Center provides experiences that expand the mind, nourish the soul and connect people through the universal language of art.  We have a School of Art for all ages and levels of artist ability.  We also have five Galleries with exhibitions that change throughout the year and are free and open to the public for viewing.

SUMMER PROGRAMS

Ages 4 – 12

Silvermine Summer Art Studios offers children the opportunity to experience the arts, to have fun creating while challenging their imaginations and to meet friends. Students learn and experience creativity in the professional and nurturing environment. Young artists will explore creative processes, techniques and materials with the guidance of trained artists. Your child is invited to join us for one or more weeks of ART!

Students should bring a NUT–FREE snack. All snacks must have original ingredient label (printed by the manufacturer). If snack does not have a label, it will be put away and returned to students at the end of class. The school provides all materials. Age groups are strictly enforced. Please contact the School Office, 203.966.6668, ext. 2, Monday–Friday from 9am to 5pm with any questions or to register.
