Ridgefield Academy is committed to providing a program that gives students a core foundation in math, language arts, history, science, world language, and public speaking that is complemented by a wide range of additional curricular activities in athletics, the arts, and community service. RA empowers every child to realize his or her unique potential by bringing together academic excellence, inspiring faculty, innovative programming, and a diverse, supportive community.

Through our emphasis on the whole child and our high standards of achievement, we strive to help children, from pre-school through middle school, become thoughtful, independent, and confident learners. SUMMERS AT THE ACADEMY
Summers at Ridgefield Academy offer children ages 3 through 14 a variety of fun and engaging programs that have been created specifically with children in mind. Our beautiful 42-acre campus provides the perfect backdrop for nature exploration, soccer and lacrosse clinics on our turf field, rocketry, or sliding down our 15-foot water slide. Children can explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) challenges, rock band jams, cooking activities, science fun, and more in our state-of-the-art digital media center, gymnasium, indoor theater, music room, and kitchen facilities. Preschool-aged campers have their own age-appropriate water play area while older students enjoy swimming at a local pool to cool off during hot afternoons. Our staff, which is comprised of experienced educators, know what it means to have fun and infuse learning into every activity!
