This Memorial Day, we remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the Armed Forces. With an air of gratitude for all who have served, we welcome all who come for the Fairfield parade and ceremonies by cooking and serving a festive Pancake Breakfast -- our decades-old tradition! We are so pleased to be able to support the town festivities in this way, and welcome the community to our parish home.
