Children’s Story Telling: Maple Sugaring Story

“Magic Maple Tales – Why does it take so long to turn sap into syrup?” Sweet stories and old-timey tunes for all.  Tales of maple-sugaring.  Lore from the Native peoples to today, with riddles, skits and live music by Steve Kelman.   Come all to listen, taste, and perchance to dance.

Through the lens of Native Americans:  Stories of Maple Sugaring Harvesting Traditions.  Includes Colonial Settlers Customs through interactive story telling with children.  Food Served.  Maple Sugaring Demonstration (weather permitting).

 

For families and children 6-13 years old.
